Water is the main thing that should be consumed during the detoxification process but herbal teas are also acceptable. These include dandelion, nettle, lemon, peppermint, and ginger. Making smoothie combinations by adding bananas, strawberries, and juice from an orange in a blender will also work. Make sure the ingredients are fresh and add a fresh mint leaf as it will help in cleansing.
Saunas are also great to help flush toxins built up in the body’s fat cells. Saunas can help clear about a third of toxins in the kidneys removed from the bloodstream. The program simply requires eating high-fiber foods, staying hydrated with a lot of water, and heavy sweating.
